GLAVINE'S FAMILY FRENCH TOAST

The following recipe is Tom Glavine's contribute to the 2007 GourMets Cookbook:

Mix ingredients in mixing bowl large enough to allow slice of bread to lay flat. Soak bread on both sides until moist but not soggy.

Cook on buttered pancake griddle at 325 F or medium low heat in skillet until golden brown on both sides. Serve with warm maple syrup.
