Yep, today’s C25K workout consisted of me running for 25 minutes without stopping. I did it and it wasn’t so bad. I do think it would have been better if it wasn’t in the 90s at 6 a.m. but…that’s Arizona for you.
I actually think the running 20+ minutes workouts are easier than the ones where you have to run for 8 or 10 minutes, then walk, then run again. Because my workout before this one was run 10 minutes, walk 3 minutes, run 10 minutes and I felt like I was dying. Odd. Maybe the starting and stopping is just harder.
From here on out it is straight running. I have three more times I have to run for 25 minutes, then 3 workouts of running 28 minutes, then 3 of 30 minutes. After that, the program is done and I can just continue to run for 30 minutes or try out the 45 minute run.
Not sure about that last one. Heheh.
